Gregory Berg joined Thielen, Foley & Mirdo, LLC in March 2004. Prior to entering the practice of law, he was active in the healthcare and insurance industries. Mr. Berg focuses his practice in civil litigation, Will disputes, probate, divorce, and family law. Additionally, he practices in the transactional areas of Wills, pre-nuptial agreements, independent contractor agreements, and the organization of limited liability companies and not-for-profit corporations.
